Tom Weiss


Tom’s role is to facilitate the continual growth and development of e+CancerCare through the company’s mission of Partnering with Communities to Fight Cancer. He has developed and managed regional and national hospital teams, and was most recently the Continental Division President at LifePoint Hospitals, Inc. Prior to LifePoint, Tom held hospital CEO positions at numerous companies, including HCA, Triad and HealthTrust.

Stuart Bitting


Stuart leads the company’s finance, accounting, billing, planning, managed care and IT functions. He previously was CFO of HarperCollins Christian Publishing, which comprises Thomas Nelson Inc. (formerly a Kohlberg portfolio company) and Zondervan. Stuart has over 30 years of broad financial, operational, and merger and acquisition experience across multiple business segments with companies including Frito-Lay, Inc. (a division of PepsiCo), Centex Homes (now part of Pulte Group, Inc.), David Weekley Homes, CompX International Inc. and NCH Corporation. Stuart is a CPA and CGMA.

Josh Johnson

SVP, Business Development

Josh is responsible for analyzing and developing plans to drive e+CancerCare’s growth and nurture new business opportunities. In this capacity, he coordinates the company’s corporate development function, with responsibility for acquisitions, mergers and joint ventures and oversees sales and marketing in the development of programs supporting organizational strategy and objectives, both short and long range. Since joining the company in 2006, Josh has assisted in and led multiple acquisitions of comprehensive cancer centers, as well as, developed expert teams responsible for the identification and implementation of strategic growth and expansion initiatives. Prior to his time at e+, Josh spent time at Accurate Healthcare, LLC, and AmSurg, where his focus entailed financial management and operations.

Robbie Rhymer

Chief Clinical Operations Officer

Robbie is responsible for managing e+CancerCare’s diagnostic centers operation, and has been a part of the team since 2003. His healthcare industry experience includes more than 22 years in both clinical and management roles. Previously, Robbie was regional Vice President at Symbion, where he managed the Southeastern regional market and was instrumental in the incremental growth of multiple surgery centers. He was also responsible for maintaining quality of service and applying cost-effective methods to operations. Early in his career, he held various positions at both Tenet Healthcare and HCA, supervising departmental clinical operations and assessing and evaluating improvements in patient care.
